An Essential Companion Ticket allows a guest with disability-related needs to bring a companion to assist them during their visit to Kynren, free of charge. This ticket is intended for individuals who require significant and substantial support beyond what would typically be expected from family or friends already accompanying them.
Essential Companions provide necessary assistance, including in emergencies, as Kynren staff cannot offer support beyond general reasonable adjustments. The Essential Companion must accept full responsibility for providing this support while at Kynren.
Essential Companion Tickets are only valid when accompanying a paying guest and cannot be used for guests already exempt from admission fees (e.g., children under three years old).
