At Kynren, we warmly welcome groups and travel trade visitors to experience our award-winning performance.  We have a dedicated groups team committed to helping you with your booking and visit.

Seating Options 

Choose from four categories of seating, ranging from Standard to VIP. With 8,000 seats in our tribune, early booking ensures your group’s preferred seating arrangement.  For more information on seating click here 

Accessibility & Mobility 

  • Wheelchair Access: Dedicated wheelchair spaces are available in front of Row A, with Essential Companions seated directly behind. 
  • Essential Companion: Receive free admission subject to evidence supplied but must be able to manage access needs for their companion.  Other visitors in the same party will be seated as close as possible subject to availability, in rows behind.  Please call our group booking team to discuss requirements. 
  • Accessible Paths: The 450-meter walk from the Welcome Plaza to the tribune features flat, well-lit pathways. 
  • Seating Details: The tribune features raked seating with shallow steps to some areas.

Food & Drink 

  • Pre-Show Dining: Indulge in a range of food and drink options and enjoy our picnic benches. 
  • VIP Dining: Elevate your experience with exclusive dining at Arches Hall and its lakeside terrace. Limited availability—book early for group reservations.

Prepare for All Weather 

As an outdoor venue, Kynren performs rain or shine. Ponchos and blankets are available for purchase, and we recommend wearing suitable clothing and bringing cushions or blankets for added comfort.  

Please note: umbrellas are not permitted during the show.  Kynren has never been cancelled due to the weather – the show must go on!
